Miso is an essential part of the Japanese dining table and a traditional fermented seasoning.
In this hands-on workshop, you will create approximately 1 kilogram (2 pounds) of homemade miso using premium koji sourced directly from Japan.

You’ll also taste five different types of miso crafted by Japanese miso artisans to explore the diverse flavors and depth of umami in miso.
